Branch Manager
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, career-oriented individual desirous of being part of a large, evolving, successful organization with the ability to impact future success. The branch manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch including managing resources and staff, developing and attaining revenue and profit goals, delivering customer service, and growing the location’s revenue.

Major Responsibilities

  • Ensuring yourself and your employees are following our way of doing business in keeping with our accountability chart, core processes, core values, and proven process.
  • Active participation in regular management team meetings.
  • Accountable for profit & loss management and overall profitability ratios.
  • Manage business operations to achieve company goals and be involved in the development of long-term strategic initiatives. – Ensure the branch has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities.
  • Responsible for maintaining and advancing the company’s customer service reputation.
  • Direct employees in resource allocation, personnel decisions, and business priorities.
  • Active involvement with clients to provide solutions.
  • Perform employee recruitment, performance evaluations, and retention activities.
  • Participate in estimating process with peer reviews.
  • Monitor and maintain project safety, budgets, and schedules.
  • Weekly approvals of packing slips, receipts, payroll, etc.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Ability to identify and analyze business trends and interpret reports.

  • Some knowledge of the roofing industry is preferred.

Educational Background and other requirements

  • High school required, College degree preferred.
  • 5 to 7 years of relatable experience.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Computer competencies.
