Main Job Responsibilities:

For Commercial Roofers:

  • Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems on low sloped roofs
  • Use proper safety measures and equipment to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and repair roofing issues effectively.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized.

For Roofing Foreman:

  • Supervise and lead roofing crews on commercial roofing projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
  • Provide on-site training and guidance for roofers.
  • Communicate with clients and management regarding project details and progress.
  • Oversee safety practices and enforce company policies on-site.
  • Manage materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • For Commercial Roofers:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial roofing.
    • Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety procedures.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Physical ability to perform roofing tasks at heights and in various weather conditions.

  • For Roofing Foreman:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
    • Proven ability to manage crews and complete quality projects on time and safely.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Strong knowledge of roofing systems and safety regulations.
